Merry Christmas!

Thank you everyone for making my Christmas
so wonderful! I'm on vacation from school this
week and now I have lots of time to play with my
toys. I'm hanging out with my Aunts Tammy and
Trisha. I'm having fun showing them my toys, too!

Aunt Trisha brought me cool presents!

Thanks from Allie!

Allie got some wonderful things for her birthday. She now has a dolly to hug, blocks to build with, cool clothes to wear including Santa outfits, books to read, toys that beep, bang, sing, rattle and blow bubbles! She has puzzles to learn to put together and toys that tell her the alphabet, shapes, colors, animals and her own Little Al elephant puppet and tea set. She is one very lucky and very loved little girl. Thank you so much for being part of her first birthday.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Love,
Allie and her Mommy and Daddy
It's an Allie present!

Allie's Wish List Begins

Okay, just so you know Allie doesn't NEED anything. She has lots of love, food and great therapists with great toys. :-) But, you all ask and therefore this seemed like a great way to answer. I've come up with a list of things that seem to be good gifts for her (with the help of her awesome therapists). Of course, what you pick out is the best thing for her. She will gladly take a hug and a snuggle as a present... no wrapping needed!

She also loves learning tools. Things to help her learn to communicate, learn the alphabet, learn to read, etc. She is still sitting supported, but soon will be sitting on her own and will benefit from so many more toys that she can sit with to play. Walking is still a bit away from us, but she will grow into those toys as well as any clothes that are not 3-6 month size. So, you have lots of leeway with Allie.

Keep in mind... presents are optional for this girl. Don't ever feel you HAVE to buy her anything. But, you do have to love and kiss and snuggle her. That is a rule. ;-)
